Join us for a Mediterranean feast in Sheung Wan as we get a special preview of Bayta's new autumn menu. We've booked out the entire restaurant for an eight-course tasting and wine pairing for $650 per person.
If you've not been to Bayta yet, or basked in the glory of their beautifully designed restaurant from the windows outside, they serve modern Mediterranean food with a wide selection of natural and biodynamic wines in a wonderfully relaxed setting. Pioneers of natural wine in Hong Kong, the owners started their restaurant venture at La Cabane Wine Bistro in Soho and opened Bayta in April earlier this year as an extension of their bistro. While La Cabane is more French focused, Bayta's food has influences from all around the Mediterranean and sources sustainable, traceable or organic, fresh-from-the-market food that is prepared on the day, every day.
