From now until 21 October 2016, guests can enjoy a fully immersive, multisensory cocktail experience – the Hanging Gardens of Kyoto – at Central’s Armani/Privé rooftop garden and TST’s aqua spirit cocktail lounge. The hanging installations of flowers and vines are the first of their kind in Hong Kong, serving as a backdrop for an immersion into gin botanicals.

Under a colourful canopy of florals and vines is where guests can unearth blended botanicals from Tanqueray No. TEN (which include white grapefruit, coriander, angelica and juniper) and discover their own individual taste profiles through various 'scent stations' before sampling personalised al fresco cocktails. In addition to the cocktails, guests at Armani/Privé can enjoy some free-spirited fun on the hidden whimsical #hanGINataqua swing.

The Botanist: a blend of pear sake, gin, Japanese shiso leaves, matcha green tea, passion fruit and lime

Tanqueray and aqua have also captured the essence of the Hanging Gardens of Kyoto through five cocktails, which include The Botanist ($188), a drink that features Tanqueray’s botanical base (infused with citrus and chamomile), shiso leaves, pear sake, passion fruit, lime and matcha green tea syrup, and the bittersweet Garden Geisha ($188), a barrel-aged negroni with plum sake, Aperol, absinthe, cherry wine and Tanqueray No. TEN.

By celebrating nature in all its beautiful forms, the Hanging Gardens of Kyoto is a unique and complete sensory experience that is one of a kind.
