The latest project by Epicurean Group offers quality Chinese cuisine while drawing inspiration from the traditional Hong Kong teahouse concept.
The two-storey restaurant is located at The Peak Tower, overlooking the magnificent South China Sea with uninterrupted views of Hong Kong's unique skyline. The restaurant's decor is unmistakably influenced by vintage Hong Kong and is filled with traditional lamps, metal shutters, classic floor tiles and a theme wall adorned with signboards.
Featuring all-day dim sum and signature wok-fried dishes, Lú Fēng's menu is a thoughtful showcase of Hong Kong's ever-evolving culinary culture over the years. All dishes – including the baked fish intestine and egg in clay bowl ($98), steamed whole crab in Hua Diao wine and chicken oil (market price) and signature sweet and sour pork ($128) – are meticulously prepared by Executive Chef Harry Hung and his team. Adding to the nostalgia is a drinks list that includes iced pineapple ($32) and black cow ($52).
There's no better way to revisit your childhood memories than through food.
