We’re certainly intrigued about this one.
Singaporean investor Dining Workshop, whose Hong Kong restaurant portfolio includes Urban Park and Yum Cha, is making a splash on the local food scene, with its newest culinary baby, Dragon Noodles Academy, set to make some even bigger waves.
We don’t have much information yet, but we’re told dim sum, handmade noodles and other classic HK dishes will be given a very modern makeover. If the images we’ve seen so far are anything to go by, the presentation will be sensational – and we hope the flavours will match.

The decor should be a knockout as well, with the setting of a retro kung fu academy intermingled with traditional local elements such as lion dances, Chinese herbal medicine and hand-carved dragons. How this will fit together seamlessly is anyone’s guess, but all we can say right now is: Bruce Lee, eat your heart out.
Stay tuned for the launch of Dragon Noodles Academy later this month.
