The wait is finally over. The ninth and newest edition of The MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong Macau has just been announced. Our warmest congratulations to all the new restaurants who have been awarded the coveted stars and those who have held onto them; and thank you so much for your consistent commitment in providing the city with great food and making Hong Kong’s dining scene all the more thriving.
