Guest cheffing at the two acclaimed restaurants he founded in Hong Kong, British wonder chef Jason Atherton will be taking over the kitchens of Aberdeen Street Social on Wednesday, 14 December and 22 Ships on Thursday and Friday, 15 and 16 December.

Pork crackling with Coleman’s mustard and apple
Raw Orkney sea scallop, pickled kohlrabi, nashi pear, black olive, jalapeño granita
Braised Irish short rib, celery, watercress, red wine sauce
70% chocolate marquise, soya-roasted pumpkin seeds, bitter orange, pumpkin sorbet
