Porterhouse by Laris

From 24–26 December, for $888 per person, you can treat the taste buds to edamame with Maldon sea salt, toro tartare with brioche, yuzu truffle and vinaigrette, Caesar salad with quail egg and short rib stew, before moving on to the main event of roasted turkey with garlic cream, cumin, thyme and truffle mashed potato with white gravy, chive and Cheddar cheese. The dessert trio of black tea caramelised pear, chestnut chocolate pudding and mini matcha tart follows. The set is also available with a beautiful wine pairing for $488 per person.

Ciao Chow Italian Cafeteria
If Italiano is calling to your Christmas cravings, Ciao Chow has a cracker of a menu from 24–26 December for $525 per person. It begins with starters of pan-fried artichoke served with warm smoked scamorza cheese and roasted cherry tomatoes on the vine, a classic margherita pizza with San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella, Parmigiano-Reggiano and basil, followed by homemade squid ink tagliolini served with brown Italian crabmeat and garlic olive oil, before the main course of Australian glass-fed beef cheeks braised in red wine sauce served with mashed potato and honey-roasted baby carrots. A traditional Italian Christmas dessert of panettone served with limoncello cream and berries will finish you off.

For a Korean Christmas, check out this menu for $835 per person: spicy sesame straws; doenjang-flavoured pumpkin soup served with bagel chips and pumpkin seeds; Hanwoo beef carpaccio with soy jelly, chilli, garlic, spring onion, perilla leaf and pine nut sesame pesto; seared Japanese scallops with doenjang cauliflower and chestnut purée, grilled soy-marinated leek, frisée salad and beetroot chips and a Korean pancake platter of Korean-style battered vegetables with spinach, daikon, kimchi, bean sprouts and soy dipping sauce. The mains are bulgogi-glazed roast beef made of USDA Prime rib-eye with sesame-roasted vegetables, gochujang cauliflower cheese and soy glaze or Korean fried turkey served with corn salsa, Korean slaw and pickled white radish. Finish with mince pie dumplings served with brandy butter glaze and a platter Jinjuu’s famous desserts, along with a glass of Louis Roederer Champagne upon arrival.

For $880 per person, your dinner will begin with a glass of sparkling rosé, followed by a starter of sea urchin with lobster bisque jelly, snow crabmeat and seaweed roll and additional courses of assorted sashimi, white miso soup with clams, king tiger prawn tempura, grilled Miyazaki A4 Wagyu sirloin or baked Boston lobster with miso and Kabayaki eel with rice.
