Tom Burney is a British-born chef with experience in some of the world’s most famous kitchens. Tom trained classically in France, the spiritual home of fine cuisine, before returning to Britain to further his career – working stages in Michelin-starred kitchens such as The Fat Duck and The Square. He’s also shared counters with culinary masters such as Paul Heathcote, Nigel Haworth, James Martin, Michael Caines and Gary Rhodes.
On arriving in Hong Kong, Tom started Hong Kong Personal Chef to great acclaim. After hearing endless requests for high-quality catering, Tom launched Invisible Kitchen in 2014, hoping to give event, office and home food services a much-needed lift.
With a cooking philosophy that centres on making everything themselves, their team of chefs work with obsessively sourced, natural ingredients and cook them with care, nuance and understanding. Everything is made in house from their own recipes to ensure the quality of the taste, knowing every single ingredient that goes into their dishes.
