Christmas Eve set menu at Coast Seafood & Grill

Coast Seafood & Grill

The Christmas Eve dinner set at Coast will have you salivating right from the start, with two fresh French oysters to kick off the festive celebrations. You'll then enjoy turkey with cranberry, Greek yoghurt and 36-month Bellota Ibérico ham with fig, before digging into shrimp champagne jelly with yuzu followed by lobster corn chowder. And that's just for starters. Then come the mains of pan-seared French toothfish fillet with clam cream sauce and seasonal asparagus, along with M5 Wagyu beef sirloin with sautéed duck foie gras and girolles. Dessert is the Napoleon Library: a special dish of custard, 70 per cent dark chocolate and caramel popcorn. All with coffee or tea, Christmas sweets and a Christmas gift, for $990 for two persons.
