With both vegetarian and and sustainable dining making an appearance on Foodie’s 2017 food trends hot list, we know that the vegetarian market is booming. In recognition of this, we’re pairing up with Starbolin Agriculture, which supplies high-quality branded healthy foods to leading retailers around town, to put a spotlight on the delicious HK-made vegetarian pasta and curry sauces by Buddha’s Garden, which contain no garlic and onion.
Immerse yourself in all things vegan and vegetarian at the Vegetarian Food Asia expo on 23–25 February at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wanchai. Foodie will be there along with Starbolin Agriculture (booth H03) doing live cooking demos using Buddha’s Garden sauces. All of Starbolin’s vegan and vegetarian products will also be showcased. These range from Sunkist fruit snacks and nuts, JNB salsas and Tuscan Traditions pasta sauces from the USA to Haks Paks Korean BBQ sauces from Korea. Plenty of samples will be on hand for tasting to your heart’s content.
