From Clockenflap to Dragonland, the Hong Kong music scene seems set on a revitalising path. But for all you music lovers out there, you're in for even more special treats. Billing itself as Hong Kong's first carbon-neutral and indoor music festival, ALTN8, to take place from noon on 11 March until 3am on 12 March 2017, will feature 40 artists spread across eight different venues around Central.
The line-up of artists is one to look forward to, with names such as GotSome, The Nextmen, Preditah and Danny Rampling from the UK, DJ Pierre from the US and Wankelmut from Germany set to make appearances. The full list is here:
The eight participating nightspots include Fish & Meat, Zafran, Rúla Búla, VOLAR, Mercedes me Store, Stockton, Halcyon and KEE Club.
One ticket will give you access to all these venues, with a VIP option available that grants priority access to all venues and entry into the VIP and backstage area at Stockton, where live videos and audio from three main stages will be streamed. Not to leave out the foodies, ATLN 8 have also partnered with Spiga and Fish & Meat to provide festival brunch options.
Standard tickets are priced from $680. Other pricing and ticket purchase information can be found here.
