Downing tiki shots, building your own poké bowls, watching top bartenders work their creations and groovin’ to the beats of ukuleles – sounds like the perfect beach getaway, but without leaving Hong Kong. We’re talking about an alternative island experience at Honi Honi Tiki Cocktail Lounge.
In this second rum-filled edition and celebration of International Women's Day on 8 March,
hop from island to island and explore various booths for the night. Attend a cocktail masterclass
by guest bartender from Taiwan Grace Tsai, the winner of Bacardi Legacy Hong, Macau and Taiwan. Rum-ble at a rum tasting station run by Ron Zacapa Centenario brand ambassador Cherry Lam. Build your very own poké bowl from a variety of ingredients courtesy of Pololi. Rock the music bug in you and jam your hearts out to simple Hawaiian tunes with ukulele lessons by Humanity Brand Co.
