Chef Jie Ming Jian of Shanghai's two-Michelin-starred Canton 8, for example, will be teaming up with Tea Master Zhang Zhifeng for a special tea-pairing menu at Altira's Ying restaurant. Others on the highly anticipated line-up include chefs Michael De Jesus and Kirika Oi of Manila's NOBU, Chef Takayuki Nonaka of Tokyo's Tenmasa and mixologists Ryan Clift and Joe Schofield of critically acclaimed Tippling Club in Singapore.
