From wine tastings to DIY sausage stations, get ready to be filled with knowledge on how to make your own cheeseboard and sausage (bring them home with you!), cook the perfect steak and more. And also be filled up (literally) with a range of steak tastings – from rib-eye to hanger, cheese pairings and wine tastings and end on a sweet note with a mini gelato sandwich workshop, with FREE-FLOW servings for all stations!

Taste a range of 3–5 wines with wine expert Jebson.


Make your own sausage

Under the tutelage of a professional chef from Feather & Bone, learn what goes into making your favourite sausage during this hands-on tutorial. Bring home your very own sausage creation and share the love with your family and friends!

Avid fans of beef, this one’s for you. Get your meaty questions ready for this intimate session where you can gain a better understanding of the benefits of grain-fed beef and the differences between various cuts of beef. Learn how to cook the perfect steak and taste different cuts, from rib-eye to hanger steaks.

Nobody can say no to ice cream – and even better is an ice cream sandwich! Taste four different types of ice cream, including seasonal flavours, at this mini gelato sandwich workshop hosted by XTC.
