During this hot and lazy weather, The Butchers Club is launching a new range of salads that may bring down the temperature. The meat expert now serves its signature juicy patties with a generous portion of greens, taking the buns off the famous burgers.
The signature dry-aged beef patty salad ($140) is The Butchers Club's Michelin-recognised patty sitting on a bed of greens, served with a luscious blue cheese dressing
The breaded chicken thigh salad ($120) showcases free-range and hormone-free Australian chicken, dressed with a honey mustard sauce.
The crumbed New Zealand ling fillet salad ($120) uses sustainably sourced fish from NZ fried to a golden crisp, with spicy yoghurt dressing to freshen up the flavours.
