Since its inception in Central HK in 2013, Duddell's has been an institution for both serious Cantonese cuisine and museum-quality art. The restaurant will bring its unique brand of authentic Cantonese cuisine and handcrafted dim sum to St Thomas' Church, located near London Bridge and The Shard in Southwark.

The restaurant, scheduled to open this autumn, will reside in the restored Queen Anne architectural gem, with an interior redesigned by Michaelis Boyd architects to maximise the natural lighting and accentuate the original historic features of the space. The venue will accommodate 110 guests, with a mezzanine level as well as two semi-private dining rooms. The bar will feature classic as well as innovative craft cocktails, all with an Asian influence.

Chef Daren Liew, previously the executive sous-chef with Hakkasan Group, will bring his over 20 years of expertise in Cantonese cuisine to the kitchen of Duddell's London.

St Thomas Street, Southwark, London, UK
