Get a taste of what it's like to be on hit reality culinary TV show MasterChef, as this exclusive dinner collaboration brings in the first-ever winner of MasterChef Asia, Chef Woo Wai Leong. Following his win in the acclaimed competition, this adventurous chef has taken part in various collaborations and pop-up dinners. Recently, he partnered with Reynold Poernomo, one of the finalists on MasterChef Australia, at Salted & Hung restaurant in Singapore.
Foxglove Head Chef Kevin Lee
Chef Leong's skilled partner in crime in this leaked Secret Supper is Foxglove’s head chef, Kevin Lee. Previously at Lobster Bar & Grill at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong, Chef Lee boasts over 20 years of culinary experience. Drawing inspiration from his international background, Chef Lee likes to keep things fresh with an inventive take on French classics; guests can look forward to savouring his creative cuisine in this collaborative menu.
This delicious, surprise-filled evening will take place at Foxglove. A sophisticated jazz bar and restaurant inspired by the great speakeasy dens of the 1950s, Foxglove is known not only for its enchanting and vintage vibe but also for the live performances by local and international artists every night of the week and the creative cocktails behind the bar.
