In need of a meditative mid-week pick-me-up (or just a delicious dinner that doesn’t ruin your diet)? Limewood has partnered up with GuavaPass to present Yoga on the Beach ($390), taking place at Repulse Bay on the first three Tuesdays in July at 6:30pm.
Trade your Netflix for namaste and start your Tuesday evening with a stress-busting sunset beach yoga session led by Krishnan Yoga founder and teacher Lindsay Parfitt. Listen to the sound of waves as you declutter your mind and release negative energy while building strength and flexibility. Coconut water from Vita Coco will also be provided to refresh your practice and replenish your fluids.
Now that you’ve worked up an appetite, move from savasana to seafood as you adjourn to Limewood for a healthy mocktail and sharing meal. Limewood specialises in fresh seafood, quality ingredients and barbecue grilling, with a menu inspired by Southeast Asian, Hawaiian, South American and Caribbean cuisines (you can learn more about Limewood here and here). Tuesday beach yogis can expect a wholesome, wellness-focused dinner featuring popular Limewood signatures such as Norwegian salmon tartare, compressed watermelon salad, pork neck and Thai-style fried snapper.
