Don't worry – Hawaii is coming to you, for in the bustling heart of Kowloon, guests can now treat themselves to an Hawaiian summer experience at The Place at Cordis, Hong Kong until 30 September 2017. The all-day-dining restaurant in Mongkok now showcases an exotic Summer in Hawaii dinner buffet.
To start the journey, guests can treat themselves to a variety of cold dishes such as Hawaiian seafood salad, lomi-lomi salmon and tako (octopus) poké. This is followed by a selection of main courses including Spam musubi (sushi), Hawaiian roasted suckling pig, huli-huli chicken and a live slow-roasted leg of lamb carving station. To satisfy guests with sweet tooths, the restaurant offers a range of colourful desserts such as rainbow shaved ice, Hawaiian pineapple mousse cake and macadamia soufflé.

For an even more immersive Hawaiian experience, guests can enjoy a range of Kona Brewing Company craft beers including Longboard Island Lager, Big Wave Golden Ale and Koko Brown at a special price of $50 per bottle.
The Place dinner buffet (6:30–9:45pm daily) prices range from $428 for kids to $608 for adults from Sunday–Thursday and on public holidays and from $468 for kids to $648 for adults on Fridays, Saturdays and public holiday eves.
