How do you save money when you eat out? Set meals? Credit card discounts? Well, there are bigger fish in the foodie sea.
You might have heard of The Entertainer 2017 app. For those who haven‘t, this app gives you plenty of buy-one-get-one-free dining deals to choose from until 30 December. It costs HK$475 for a year, but they‘re currently offering a massive 58%-off discount, with a price of only HK$195. They also have an app for drinks – Cheers Hong Kong 2017 – which now has a 67%-off discount, costing just HK$95 (original price: HK$295). Your paid account can also be shared with up to 10 friends and family members.
If subscriptions aren‘t your thing, there are booking websites (they have apps too) like Eatigo and FeedMe Guru that also offer discounts and deals. Eatigo lets you reserve tables online for no extra charge, and the restaurants offer different discounts – from 10–50% off – depending on which time slot you choose to book. FeedMe Guru, on the other hand, lets you reserve places for tasting menus across various cuisines and restaurants. Although they do not offer discounts, you can collect Guru Dollars to be applied to the price of the next tasting menu you book through the website.
Lastly, if you want to present dining deals as gifts, you can buy HK$500 cash vouchers from Foodie eMarket for HK$450, giving you a 10% discount. You can also buy HK$1,000 cash vouchers for HK$850 – a 15% discount.
What are you waiting for? Go get yourself some deals, pronto!
