12,000 Francs Seasonal Black Winter Truffle Menu

12,000 Francs

12,000 Francs will be presenting a seasonal black winter truffle menu, packed with the earthy flavours of award-winning truffles from Manjimup in Western Australia. The delectable menu includes a range of sharing dishes, from lobster consommé with Thai basil and black truffle to mushroom tartine with pan-fried sourdough, sautéed shiitake and maitake mushrooms and eryngii chips. These are followed by a choice of signature Mayura Wagyu bavette steak or slow-cooked black cod, both served with smoked potato, baby leeks, Madeira sabayon and Manjimup truffle. Round off your meal with vin santo crème caramel
 with custard, almond biscuits and shaved black truffle.

12,000 Francs Best of English Beef Sharing Menu

12,000 Francs

12,000 Francs will continue its popular pop-up series this August with a seasonal-driven menu laced with the best English grass-fed beef from East Anglia from 11 August until 11 September. From $450 per person, the special menu, designed for two diners, includes a range of delectable sharing starters, including house-smoked king salmon with horseradish and foie gras and smoked ox tongue terrine with peach and Madeira, followed by the choice of tagliolini with spicy chorizo and Cloudy Bay clams and smoked coral trout and prawn rillettes with coconut milk and pickled chilli. For the main, there‘s a 28-day dry-aged picanha rump steak with gai lan, anchovy, ricotta and smoked Valencia almonds. Finish with a choice of the restaurant‘s signature Better than Nutella with hazelnut mousse, milk sorbet and bread pudding or a selection of homemade ice cream and gelato.
