French Moment: French Wine & Cheese Masterclass
It‘s well known that the combination of wine and cheese creates a delicious unity of flavours. But does any type of cheese match with any type of wine? Definitely not! You will discover five amazing pairings of fine French wine and cheese at this special event.
We‘ve invited two leading ambassadors who will represent the gastronomic fields in which they excel. Thierry Rochas Duperier is the owner of La Fromagerie, a new shop in the heart of SoHo that‘s focused on cheese. Thierry is a specialist in cheeses that are exclusively imported from France. Jean-Loup Thomazo is the founder of Natural Food & Beverages, a company dedicated to organic wines and fine spirits. He is an expert in organic and biodynamic wines, especially organic French wines. His expressive manner of presenting wines will impress you.
