House of Vans Asia 2017 has teamed up with three of the raddest chefs in Hong Kong for a one-off menu that inspires you to eat great food, practice your tricks and buy cool footwear. May Chow of Little Bao, Bao La of Le Garçon Saigon and Nate Green of Rhoda are banding together to serve up skateboarder-approved Californian cuisine at Central Harbourfront.
Here’s a teaser of the tastes to come:
Chef May Chow’s The Ollie ($80): grilled chicken thigh, peanut butter, chilli, Sichuan peppercorn, spring onion waffle
Chef Bao La’s The Nose Blunt ($80): Vietnamese jerk chicken wings, garlic sauce, pickled lotus, waffle
Chef Nate Green’s The McTwist ($80): marinated chicken thigh, roasted red pepper, piri-piri sauce, English muffin bun
