If the juicy molluscs pictured above are calling your name, Prince Hotel is serving up their Oyster Party dinner buffet to sate your cravings.
From now till 30 November 2017, add@Prince within Prince Hotel is bringing in freshly shucked oysters from three different countries for your taste buds to savour. These include fleshy and flavourful Coffin Bay oysters from South Australia, juicy, balanced Fine De Claire oysters from Normandy, France, and briny, striking and sweet Irish oysters – all presented with classic fresh lemon wedges and cocktail sauce.
The oyster feast will also be celebrated in hot dishes like oyster tandoori pizza, Thai-style oyster omelette, deep-fried garlic-chilli oyster and stir-fried oyster with ginger, as well as at a baked oyster station serving up the cooked delicacies in their half-shells.
The dinner buffet starts at $508 on Sundays–Thursdays, with Fridays and Saturdays at $548 and kids under 9 eating for free and those aged between 9–11 eating for $278 on weekdays and $298 on weekends.
Also, during weekends and public holidays in October and November, 12 cheesecakes are on offer at the restaurant‘s weekend afternoon tea buffet, which is fully geared towards the sweet tooth with cheesecake flavours like almond praline, pecan, sour cream, tiramisu, mango and passion fruit and Oreo.
