Iron Foodie is a fun and interactive competition where we invite different groups of foodies to invent the best recipe using one common ingredient.
Soufflé butter omelette
For this particular tournament, we engaged 25 private chefs to participate and come up with the most inventive, delicious and visually appealing dish that they could muster up in their kitchens using Buddha’s Garden pasta sauces. These vegan pasta sauces contain no garlic or onion and are gluten, preservative and GMO free, as well as being a local Hong Kong brand.
The chefs submitted their recipes and, together with Foodie, PlateCulture and Buddha’s Garden, we narrowed them down to 10 finalists. Now, we want you to be the judge!
To place your vote, book the menu on PlateCulture that tempts you the most and a vote will be cast in that chef’s favour. Your booking could mean that he or she is the winner! Plus, you get to try out a new dining experience with PlateCulture.
Votes close on Sunday, 10 December 2017 and the chef with the most bookings will be chosen as the winner of Iron Foodie 2017.
