14 Hands Gala Dinner to Celebrate Michelin Awards 2018

Alain Ducasse joins top chefs in the kitchen at City of Dreams, Macau

City of Dreams Macau has managed to amass seven Michelin-starred chefs to cook together for one night, with a mighty seven-course meal paired with Robert Parker–rated wines at this black-tie dinner event next Thursday, 30 November 2017

The14-hands dinner will include the culinary pizzazz of Alain Ducasse of Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athénée in Paris (3 stars), Tam Kwok Fung of Jade Dragon in Macau (2 stars), Kwong Wai Keung of Hong Kong’s T’ang Court (3 stars), Hidemichi Seki of Tenku RyuGin in Hong Kong (2 stars), Noah Sandoval of Oriole in Chicago (2 stars) and Fabrice Vulin of The Tasting Room in Macau (2 stars), as well as a dish made by celebrity Nicholas Tse. Image title

With a menu entitled “Star-Studded Memories”, each chef has been asked to create a dish based on a precious memory. Here is what diners at the gala dinner can look forward to sampling:

The price for this extravaganza? MOP/HK$4,888 per person. But it’s not often you get Alain Ducasse and Noah Sandoval in a kitchen together along with some of Hong Kong and Macau’s finest. Plus, they’ve thrown in Hong Kong pop diva Joey Yung, who will be adding her vocal stylings to the culinary delights.
