Love art but love eating more? What better way to enjoy both than through the art-inspired creations at Grand Hyatt’s recently renovated Tiffin and Chocolatier?

The culinary creations are inspired by Martell Hong Kong Artist of the Year Chloe Ho – a contemporary ink artist whose latest exhibition, “Ascendence”, explores humankind’s biological, psychological and spiritual journey.

Guests can purchase the limited-edition Ascendence cake ($388 for a 1-lb cake), which combines a visual representation of Chloe’s art with two of her favourite culinary indulgences: chocolate and hazelnut.

Or if you prefer to sit, sip and savour your art, consider ordering Hong Kong mixology maestro Antonio Lai’s masterful cocktail interpretation of Chloe’s “Big Bang” art piece – an expert blend of Martell cognac, Frangelico, Angostura bitters and pink peppercorn tincture, with a final flourish of vanilla smoke ($140 and served with a slice of the Ascendence cake).
