It’s fitting that Grissini’s Naples-born chef Alessandro Cozzolino has come up with this tempting early-evening aperitivo concept – after all, Naples is where pizza was born! The menu includes a selection from the restaurant’s pizza menu (we’d either go classic with the prosciutto and mozzarella pie or throw caution to the wind with the innovative vitello tonnato) along with a refreshing Aperol spritz to wash it all down. If you’ve been to Grissini before, you’ll know that their breadsticks are the stuff of foodie legend, so we can imagine just how soft, chewy and flavourful the pizza crust is.
