One of our zero waste heroes, Tamsin Thornburrow has moved her pop-up in PMQ into a permanent space in Sai Ying Pun, doing a considerable service to Hong Kong’s shopping future with her zero waste grocery store. Along with reusables, eco-paint, kitchenware and body care products, shoppers can pop in to Live Zero Bulk Foods to pick up pasta, grains, flour, nuts, herbs, oils and vinegars that are completely free of packaging. As well as providing items to the public, they are working with other shops in Hong Kong to provide them with bulk containers of zero waste goods.
We will be wasting no time in grabbing our eco-bags and heading over to fill them up!
24 High Street, Sai Ying Pun, open 11am–8pm
