In partnership with luxury fragrance brand Cochine Saigon, Palm Court at The Langham unveils a specially curated afternoon tea inspired by Cochine’s new range of fragrant hand creams.

Taking fresh floral scents as inspiration, look forward to afternoon sweets like:

  • Vietnamese cassava (coconut dacquoise with jasmine mousse)
  • Frangipani canelé (orange-blossom canelé coated with pink chocolate and a blossoming sugar frangipani)
  • Girl with the Tuberose (pastry filled with wild fig and Sicilian lemon compote)
  • La Rose (rose-shaped pavlova meringue with cherry-mousse filling)
  • Scented Candle (white chocolate and cardamom mousse with hazelnut gianduja and vanilla)

The savoury treats are a tribute to old Saigon and the origin of Cochine’s brand, including:

  • Mini banh mi brioche 
  • Slow-cooked roulade of organic chicken on homemade pesto bread 

Available until 13 May 2018, The Langham’s Sweet Blossom Afternoon Tea is priced at $348 for one person and $598 for two people.
