If you’ve always wanted a taste of KU DE TA in Bali, you can now save your money on air tickets and have it at the latest pop-up with Test Kitchen in Hong Kong.
Not a stranger to pop-ups, Mejekawi by KU DE TA has hosted a series of supper clubs under its Culinary Collective concept with some of the region’s most critically acclaimed chefs and restaurants such as Monty Koludrovic from Bondi Icebergs, Daniel Puskas from Sixpenny and Paul Carmichael from Momofuku Seiōbo, all from Sydney.
In this latest pop-up with Test Kitchen, get ready to try Mejakawi’s innovative creations courtesy of Executive Chef Benjamin Cross and Chef Stephen Moore. With a combined global culinary experience from Australia, the UK, New York, Spain, France, Switzerland, New Zealand and India, guests can expect an exclusively curated menu that reflects a fusion of culture and finesse.
Some highlights include charred squid with chorizo, acar kuning and lardo, black cod with smoked parsnip and jicama slaw and suckling pig terrine with pork abon.
This pop-up runs from 7–11 March 2017, with 7pm and 8:15pm sittings.
