Wine enthusiasts from around the world will flock to Hong Kong this November for the annual International Wine & Spirits Fair. Organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), this three-day event allows both trade visitors and the general public to sample and savour fine wines and spirits from 500 exhibitors and 17 countries.

In addition to tastings and pavilion exploration, the Wine & Spirits Fair will offer a full schedule of seminars, masterclasses and competitions. Attendees can enhance their knowledge at the wine industry conference “EcoVino: Sustainability Trends and Solutions” and “Uncorking Opportunities: Mapping the China & Asian Wine Markets”. Aspiring mixologists can put their skills to the test at the Hong Kong International Mixology Showdown.

The fair will also host multiple award ceremonies, including for the prestigious Cathay Pacific Hong Kong International Wine & Spirit Competition 2023. This event identifies the finest wines and spirits from around the world through blind wine tastings judged by an expert panel.
Whilst the first two days are trade only for visitors aged 18 and above, the public is invited to attend on the third day. Public day highlights include wine-tasting sessions, seminars like “Introducing Austrian Wine” and the “Sip Around the World with CC” guided tasting. With tickets costing HK$200, this is an affordable way to explore and learn about wine from around the globe.
