Our Foodie Forks 2016 Food Hero, Ming Gor of Pei Ho Counterparts has become well known in Hong Kong for distributing free meals to the needy. He opened Pei Ho as a charitable social enterprise to reach the underprivileged of the city.

Pei Ho has now partnered with 7-Eleven to deliver a new charity meal programme that makes it incredibly easy to contribute to feeding those in the city who are facing their most difficult days. Running until 17 May 2020, when you make a purchase at your nearby 7-Eleven, you can add on a meal voucher to be distributed to any one of these five special charities: Pei Ho Counterparts, Hong Kong Christian Service, Foodlink Foundation, Food Angel and People’s Food Bank.

After you purchase the $15 meal voucher at a 7-Eleven, simply go to the campaign website and register, then scan the QR code on your receipt. In return, you’ll be gifted with a bottle of hand sanitiser. One good deed
deserves another!
