This light and nutritious smoothie bowl is one of Avobar’s signatures; it’s plant based and has a good amount of protein

Prep time: 10 min


Ingredients – mix together in a blender:

  • 130ml almond milk or any plant-based milk of your choice
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1½ tbsp peanut butter
  • 8 dates (regulate the sweetness to your taste)
  • 1 tbsp carob powder

Garnish with:

  • raspberries, kiwi, dates, granola, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, coconut flakes – it’s up to you!
