We’re pumped to be organising Asia‘s first Food’s Future Summit on Saturday, 12 August 2017 – it’s the first of its kind in bringing together innovators, investors and conscious consumers to discuss the future of our favourite topic: food!
Here are some tips to help you to get the most out of the day‘s activities:
Come with an open mind
Whether you are in the food business or just a curious foodie, we guarantee you will leave with new knowledge about the state of food in Hong Kong, as well as some ideas about where the future will take us. We’re not going to spoil all the fun, but from alternative proteins to personalised nutrition, there are many exciting trends to tease your forward-thinking palate.
Bring an empty stomach
If you’ve purchased an all-day ticket, you will be treated to a morning break with goodies courtesy of Cedele and lunch provided by nood food. Then, at the end of the day all fuelled with food for the mind, body and soul, you‘ll be treated to an evening tipple of wine and some bubbly as well as small bites courtesy of the wholesome food experts from Fete Up and sweet treats from Happy Cow. Are you hungry yet? PS: our gallery showcase will include some special (and intriguing) tasting portions too.
Do take a look at our line-up and get pumped for our amazing speakers and product showcase. Our morning agenda can be found here, and here are the details of the afternoon’s activities. Pro tip: the afternoon has three concurrent sessions of activities, so take a look at the agenda and see what excites you most. Remember to bring your name cards and some cash – some of our showcase vendors will have products to help you to kick-start your journey towards conscious consumption.
Have an early Friday night so that you can join us on Saturday morning bright and early at 9:30am! The Food’s Future Summit will be held at Eaton House, 5/F, Champion Tower, 3 Garden Road, Central, Hong Kong. More information about Eaton House can be found here.
We look forward to seeing you at the Summit. If you haven’t bought your tickets yet, full-day and half-day tickets are still available.
