Silky Smooth Entrée Made Easy

This rich delicious soup with succulent lumps of crabmeat guarantees delight at the dinner table.

Grill the diced onion and pumpkin using the Halogen Cooking Pot – aka the Portable Oven. It uses heat conduction, convection and penetration to evenly caramelise the vegs.

Steam the whole crab using the Jet Steamer, its STRIX heating element vapourises steam in just 30 seconds.

Then, blend everything using the Professional High-Speed Food Processor with the upgraded JAR-30.

Ingredients

  • Fresh Crab
  • Pumpkin
  • Celery
  • Whipping Cream
  • Onion
  • Carrot
  • Stock


Directions

  1. In its skin and seeds, grill the pumpkin slices using the German Pool Portable Oven for 10 mins.
  2. Steam all the other vegetables and crab using the German Pool Jet Steamer for 10 mins.
  3. Blend all vegetables using the German Pool Professional High-Speed Food Processor’s Bisque mode. Add stock.
  4. Add crabmeat to the soup and serve with whipping cream. Bon appétit!
