On the 24th and 25th December a 5 course dinner priced at $720 (including a glass of house wine) is available.
The Christmas menu starts with a salad course which includes a choice of Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad or Lobster Cobb, butternut squash bisque to warm up the belly, Dungeness crab popovers and seared foie gras. The main course choose between a traditional Beef Wellington, Sea Bass En Papillote or Baked Cornish Game Hen. Holiday desserts finish off this sumptuous Christmas nicely.
Three Standout Items on the Christmas Menu
1) Beef Wellington
Traditionally British, the tender filet is smothered in seasoning and then wrapped in a flaky pastry.
2) Dungeness Crab Popovers
Popovers are much like the Yorkshire puddings of the American south. These are filled with lean, sweet Dungeness crab, and it is a dish we are pretty sure you won't find on any other menu in Hong Kong.
3) Cornish Game Hen
For those who don’t have a particular taste for turkey, Holy Crab is offering Cornish game hen instead which is a small, young and especially tender chicken that is served with an aromatic gravy.
