When soda costs less than milk or bottled water, there is little wonder why the overconsumption of sugary drinks is causing an epidemic in our modern world. Sugar sweetened beverages pose a huge threat to our health systems and our everyday lives. 

Evidence that too much fructose damages our livers is undeniable, as outlined in a short video by PBS in the series “In Defense of Food”.
