Serving up some of the finest and freshest seafood Hong Kong has to offer - centered around fusing South East Asian, Hawaiian, South American and Caribbean flavours – Limewood has some new and exciting dishes to present.


Helmed by Maximal Concepts’ Culinary Director, Malcolm Wood and Executive Chef, Russell Doctrove - Limewood strives to bring unique, creative dishes to the plate through continuous experimentation with flavours, techniques, ingredients and cooking methods. Whilst some of our classics should be left untouched – such as the 48hr Charred Beef Ribs, Pork Skin Chicharron Guacamole and Charred Whole Sea Bream, we are excited to introduce our latest menu featuring some newly created dishes.

The Limewood kitchen brigade lead by Executive Chef, Russell Doctrove added the Seafood Platter onto its menu with a daily selection of raw and cooked seafood. The carefully curated seafood feast comprises of some of the finest, freshest seafood available including oysters, mussels and crab. It is the perfect way to enjoy the panoramic view of Repulse Bay, any day. If you want something a little more extraordinary, try our Hawaiian Huli Huli Chicken with flour tortillas, sour cream, guacamole and fresh herbs or the Pacific Whole Lobster with Sriracha butter, charred lemon and spring onion. For something even more off the beaten track, we have to offer the Canadian Sea Urchin Tostadas - complete with coconut cream, fried avocado, ikura and heirloom salsa to satisfy those uni cravings.Sea Urchin Tostadas


To complement these tasty new treats, or just to treat yourself a little, the Limewood bar has lots to offer. From shaken margaritas, craft beers and cider to barbeque-inspired cocktails, Limewood have now introduced milkshakes – for a even more indulgence.

All of our drinks are carefully designed by our talented team of mixologists and are created to enhance and pair wonderfully with the food. Like our seafood, the cocktails also incorporate some of the freshest ingredients we can find – using herbs and fruits such as pomegranate, calamansi, jalapeño, kaffir lime and fresh watermelon – to name just a few.
