Last Sunday, 22 July, we launched the first of our Cook For Me series of cooking parties. Sunday brunch with Rhoda Rivera, aka @platesandbubbles, was a sold-out event, but we promise there’s more where that came from!
Everyone got to help in making the meal. The preparation started with the baking of the (almost) guilt-free brownies (it was crucial to put them in the oven before everything else!), followed by the bacon omelette with salsa and rocket. Then shakshuka sausages were thrown into the mix, along with spinach and scallop salad and marinated sirloin steak.
It was a great day filled with scrumptious food, free-flow drinks and amazing company! Our guests left with full bellies, a gift from meatmarket.hk and a whole lot of new, easy and delicious recipes to make at home. All the event pictures can be found here.
