New Brunch Dish Alert: NOC’s Vegan Buddha Bowl

Vegan Buddha Bowl at NOC

Made famous by our neighbours a stone’s throw away in Bali, Buddha bowls are as nourishing and packed with flavour as they are colourful. And the best part? NOC’s Buddha bowls are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Resident NOC Head Chef Patrick has retained everyone’s go-to brunch ingredients – including avocado and kale – and paired them with yummy seasonal vegetables, topped with a light drizzle of homemade sesame dressing. He then loads them with a generous serving of slow-energy-releasing quinoa and chickpeas to keep you going throughout the day.

It’s more than just a new brunch menu option – NOC’s Buddha bowls reflect the clean and minimalist aesthetic of NOC’s design ethos, leaving the ingredients to stand alone in their freshness and flavour.

Key ingredients:

  • Avocado
  • Quinoa
  • Chickpeas

Coffee pairing:

This dish is best served cold, but keep it in good company by serving it with a single-origin pour-over with a dash of dairy-free Oatly milk.

Try NOC’s other delicious vegan brunch options:

  • Acai bowl
  • Avocado toast
  • Hummus toast (just ask for it without butter)
  • Chia seed pancakes (available only at the weekend)
