Renowned for its fork-tender baby back ribs, flame-grilled steaks and decadent desserts, this American restaurant is excited to announce new menus. Executive Chef Barry has worked with his team of chefs to rework the al a carte menu and create a new snacks menu.
A La Carte Menu
Have no fear – due to popular demand many of the current dishes are here to stay. Say goodbye to the rice pilaf and hello to truffle and portabella mushroom risotto. The old-school rice pilaf will be replaced by the rich and creamy risotto.
Ruby Tuesday debutante: Pesto Chicken and Truffle Risotto
The addition of the Pesto Chicken and Truffle Risotto is set to send tongues wagging. The chicken is grilled with a garlic basil pesto and served with a truffle and portabello mushroom risotto.
New addition to Mini Trio: BBQ Pulled Pork Mini
There is a new mini in town – the BBQ pulled pork mini. It will be joining the premium jumbo lump crab cake mini and the traditional beef cheddar mini on the Mini Trio sampler. The melt-in-your-mouth BBQ pulled pork mini will be accompanied with lettuce, pickles and mayonnaise.
New addition to the dessert platter: Crepe Cake
If you are struggling with choosing one dessert why not try the improved dessert platter? A slice of popular crepe cake has been added to the platter. The world famous cake is made of layers of handmade paper-thin crêpes and light pastry cream. It joins chocolate petit fours, mini madeleines and vanilla ice cream with strawberry coulis on the platter.
Introducing a new menu to Ruby Tuesday’s week day dining – the Snack Menu. Served between 3PM and 6PM Monday to Friday it has been designed to fix your afternoon cravings. The menu features a variety of options including chicken and waffles, tuna croissant and macaroni minestrone. The highly anticipated chicken and waffles is set to be the star of the menu. The unusual pairing of sweet Belgium waffles and maple syrup with savoury fried chicken is a match made in foodie heaven.
The Snack Menu: Food that will help fix your afternoon food cravings
The new menus will be available at all seven restaurants on the 5th of July 2016.
