LAVO Italian Restaurant & Rooftop Bar is ready to hop into the party brunch scene with an Easter-themed affair this March. On Sunday, March 24th from 12pm to 4pm, Singapore’s hottest rooftop destination will transform into a spectacle of color and indulgence with LAVO Party Brunch: Easter Edition.
Guests can expect an expansive spread featuring the freshest seafood on ice like plump lobsters and jumbo prawns, salads, and wood-fired pizzas. Savory mains such as roasted seabass, rigatoni tomato basil, and chicken alla cacciatora will satisfy both vegetarians and carnivores. The highlight will undoubtedly be LAVO’s signature “The Meatball” – an indulgent mix of ground imperial wagyu, veal and Italian sausage served with whipped ricotta.
Throughout the afternoon, free-flowing beverages including champagnes, wines, beers and specialty cocktails will keep the festivities in full swing. Sweet treat lovers can look forward to an array of Easter-themed pastries, chocolates and hot cross buns. Guests can also expect epic surprises like miniature chocolate eggs between sets by DJ Aldrin and a live saxophonist.
This event marks the first in LAVO’s line-up of monthly party brunches for 2023.
