Netflix viewers will soon get to know six of Asia’s most acclaimed chefs on a more personal level thanks to the new documentary series “Chefs Uncut”. Produced by Singapore’s CreatorsLab, the show delves into the lives and kitchens of chefs from across Southeast Asia, promising an unprecedented intimate portrayal.
Featured chefs include LG Han of Labyrinth in Singapore, known for his boundary-pushing molecular gastronomy. Also profiled is Ton of acclaimed Thai restaurant Le Du, celebrated for highlighting regional Thai cuisine. Joining them are trailblazing female chef Pam of Bangkok’s POTONG, and Filipino chef Jordy Navarra recognized for his innovative takes on Filipino flavors at Toyo Eatery.

Rounding out the lineup are respected figures Bjorn Shen of artisanal Singapore spots Smalls and Artichoke, and pastry wizard Janice Wong behind dessert bar 2AM. Through behind-the-scenes access, the series will offer a candid look at what drives their artistry in the kitchen and influences their food.
Directed by Jon Lister, “Chefs Uncut” premieres globally on Netflix March 1st after securing distribution deals. Fans will now be treated to a unique glimpse into the lives and kitchens of some of Asia’s most renowned culinary minds.
