Singapore’s cuisine scene is set to see a change with the announcement that Braci, the acclaimed one-Michelin starred restaurant located in Boat Quay, will be moving to a new home. Braci has earned plaudits over the years for its contemporary Italian fare and creative menu crafted by Chef de Cuisine Matteo Ponti.

To commemorate its tenure at the iconic Boat Quay shophouse and mark the transition, Braci will be launching a special Spring menu available until its final day of operations on 13th April. The menu promises to showcase the culinary legacy and passion of Chef Matteo through both reworked classics and new dishes that capture the seasonal flavors. Signature creations like Osso Buco and Iberico Presa are slated to feature.

Foodies will also have a chance to savor Braci’s award-winning cooking at a special price during this period. An exclusive 5-course tasting menu is available at the reduced rate of $168++ from 11th March till closing, offering the perfect send-off for the restaurant.

While Braci says farewell to its current home, big changes are ahead as part of ilLido Group’s plans for 2023. The group which owns Braci also operates other esteemed venues like ilLido and Sojo. Two new dining destinations, Baia rooftop bar and Sospiri Italian restaurant are slated to open soon.
