Hailing from the gastronomic heartland of Emilia Romagna, Chef Rossi brings over two decades of experience from esteemed kitchens to unveil authentic flavors inspired by his Italian heritage.
From 6th May, LUCE invites diners to savor the essence of la dolce vita through Chef Rossi’s refreshed menus. The highlight is his reinterpretation of the traditional Italian buffet experience, celebrating the concept of “famiglia” or family-style feasting.
“Food is Italy’s love language,” muses Chef Rossi. “At LUCE, I aspire to craft a dining experience brimming with warmth and joy, where every dish narrates our culinary heritage and heartfelt passion.”
During lunch and dinner buffets, guests can indulge in a lavish spread spanning Northern and Southern Italian delicacies like fresh seafood, Roman-style pinsas, hearty pasta dishes, and delectable desserts. The signature Girelle di Pasta al Forno Emiliana features ricotta-stuffed pasta with asparagus in a luscious brown butter sauce.
Sundays take on a celebratory flair with the indulgent Champagne Brunch Buffet. Highlights include a premium seafood bar, artisanal Italian cheeses, live cooking stations for pastas like the truffle-infused Fettuccine Alfredo, and Asian favorites like the hotel’s famed Prawn Noodle Soup. A decadent dessert lineup completes the experience.
For a personalized journey, Chef Rossi’s a la carte signatures like the Culatello e Fichi pizza with the king of cured meats from Parma, and the Al Foie Gras risotto with 36-month-aged Parmigiano Reggiano, showcase the finest Italian ingredients.
