Leading the charge was Jigger &amp; Pony, which retained its spot as the best bar in Singapore at number 3 on the overall list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other Singaporean establishments that cracked the top 50 include Nutmeg &amp; Clove (No. 6), Sago House (No. 15), Night Hawk (No. 16), Offtrack (No. 25), Native (No. 31), Origin Bar (No. 32), Analogue Initiative (No. 35), Employees Only Singapore (No. 38), Fura (No. 42), and Atlas Bar (No. 49).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The big surprise of the night was Hong Kong&#8217;s Bar Leone, a brand new cocktail bar that debuted at the top of the list, becoming the first ever first-time entrant to claim the title of best bar in Asia. Led by veteran bartender Lorenzo Antinori, Bar Leone impressed judges with its focus on approachable &#8220;cocktails for the people&#8221; inspired by the traditional bars of Rome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;We are incredibly humbled and honoured to be acknowledged among the finest bars in Asia,&#8221; said Shelley Tai, Group Operations Director of Nutmeg Collective, which operates Nutmeg &amp; Clove. &#8220;This recognition is a true testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team. We are passionate about sharing Singapore&#8217;s story through our cocktails, and seeing it resonate with our guests is incredibly rewarding.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the 11 bars in the top 50, a further 8 Singapore establishments were named in the 51-100 rankings, including Republic (No. 57), No Sleep Club (No. 60), Stay Gold Flamingo (No. 63), The Elephant Room (No. 65), Manhattan (No. 69), Cat Bite Club (No. 77), 28 HongKong Street (No. 78), and Last Word (No. 93).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The strong showing by Singapore underscores the country&#8217;s continued position as one of the cocktail capitals of Asia, with its bars consistently earning global recognition and acclaim.
