Spanish pork bun & soy sauce ice cream

Inspired by the Mott Street all the way from New York to Hong Kong, Mott 32 is situated in the basement of the Standard Chartered Bank Building. The concept is a collaboration of Cantonese cuisine with signature Sichuan and Pekinese dishes. It also boasts a full list of fusion cocktails, sake, a nice wine selection and provides an exclusive, divey and artsy ambience for patrons to enjoy their homey dim sum.


The signature sugar coated bun is stuffed with Spanish Teruel barbecue pork.  There is not much to complain about except for its served at room temperature. Another favorite is the Kurobuta pork sit mai, topped elegantly with black truffles and a surprisingly runny quail egg yolk.  It also comes with utterly crispy spring rolls filled with flaky black cod.


To finish we had the crispy egg flour with citrus honey and the delicious soy sauce ice cream.
