It is truly exciting thinking about enjoying the cuisine that this Sunday brunch offers. There is also the stylish and modern atmosphere of Fish & Meat, brought to you by Maximal Concepts. With a focus on using the best possible ingredients available and utilising rustic cooking techniques, they are able to introduce their new offerings that are truly some of the best farm-to-table options available.
At the buffet there is an excellent selection of sustainable seafood, fresh and healthy ready-made salads and then entrees of toasted bruschetta with creamy mozzarella, roasted veggies, basil pesto or spinach and artichoke dip, in addition to prosciutto with cantaloupe slices. There's even a buttermilk pancake station offering thick and fluffy buttermilk pancakes that are made upon ordering with enticing toppings that include fresh berries, mangoes, pineapple, vanilla cream, caramel, maple syrup or even crispy bacon. They also serve homemade granola parfait in individual mason jars!
In addition to the buffet they also offer some of the best main course options. Favourites include the grilled brioche with an organic poached egg and the buttery mushroom ragout and truffle parmesan. The pan-fried barramundi fillet has a crispy outer skin, and the spicy Mediterranean salsa it is served with is impressive.
Don’t forget to save room for the homemade desserts. There is the slightly chewy pavlova with passion fruit coulis, the zesty brulee lemon tart with Tahitian vanilla cream and the extremely delicious, lightly whipped Mascarpone cheesecake, served with a creamy scoop of raspberry gelato. All of these options are to die for! Absolutely the perfect way to complete a lovely Sunday brunch!
