The Fashion Walk branch is introducing a wine pairing menu which includes three different kinds of wine. They have alcohol content within the range of 13.5-14.5%, are house made by different wine producers and produced using unique wine making techniques.
Domain Road Pinot Noir, Clyde Park Pinot Noir, Torlesse Waipars Pinot Noir
We were introduced to the wines by a Hong Kong wine maker – Anthony Lam.
The first is a Domain Road Pinot Noir from Central Otago, New Zealand; with aromas of red & blackberry, hints of spice and dried herb, and medium body on the palate. This is my personal favourite.
The second is a Clyde Park Pinot Noir from Geelong Victoria, Australia; exceptionally dark purple-red coloured, smells amazing and did not taste like it was 9 years old at all.
The last one is a Torlesse Waipars Pinot Noir from Waipara, New Zealand; sweet berry fruit and plums with a spicy savoury character and elegance to the palate.

Mortadella, salami, parma ham, smoked duck breast
Italian classics are featured throughout the menu with appearances such as mini stuffed pizza (aka Calzone) and grilled short ribs. We finished the night with a perfect piece of moist banana cake topped with vanilla ice cream and honeycomb chips.
